Captain Joe Lowery better known as “Rodeo Joe” was born and raised in Destin, Florida. His father was a commercial fisherman with some of Destin’s founding fathers in the early 40’s. Joe has fished the Choctawatchee Bay and surrounding backcountry waters for over 20 years while working as a professional guide for over 10 years.

Joe adds to his list of accomplishments North West Florida’s Bay Slam, which includes catching a Cobia, Trout and Redfish by a single angler. He has accomplished this five times with a charter. Joe was a featured speaker for Saltwater Sportsmen Seminar Series in 2007. This is the longest running instructional seminar series in America. Joe has also won multiple awards in the Destin Fishing Rodeo.
